This page will hold the Rethinksoft privacy notice covering the personal data collected through this website, the purposes it is used for, how long it is retained, and the rights available to individuals.

Data handling within a client engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, including the agreed processing locations, access controls, and retention terms.

The RethinkSales cold-email agent records the email address you enter before a run, so that we can apply usage limits and follow up with you. The text you submit for assessment is sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the score and rewrite, and is not used to train models. Do not paste confidential information or personal data about third parties into the agent.
